What do these judges do with their 'postponement times"? Play golf? Build bigger "Pending" trays? Count their pensions? Isn't there something about a right to a speedy and public trial?
The Defense and Prosecution has to redact personal data from evidence submitted to the Judge. If the (un-redacted) evidence had been given to the Judge in the hearing, the vultures of the Media would have the data to “chase” the witnesses.
If you were a witness in this fiasco would you want the MSM pursuing you?
I would not.
