Still savoring my first batch, right now, counting on this thread. Bought some Imperial Ale ingredients today but I have to buy a brewing fridge this weekend just to keep it from going over 78F in this weather while it ferments. That’s OK with me, gonna need one anyway when I start brewing lagers.
Wish I had a fridge I could dedicate to fermenting and aging. I will have to check out the local paper for a used working one and then buy a temp control unit.
