Casey Anthony 'thought her father George had also fathered her daughter Caylee.....'
Daily Mail UK ^ | July 6, 2012 | Beth Stebner

Casey Anthony, dubbed the most hated mother in America, had suspicions that she and her daughter Caylee shared the same father, according to her former defence attorney.

In his explosive new tell-all, the Florida woman’s lawyer Jose Baez accuses George Anthony of abusing his daughter, and speculates that George could have murdered 2-year-old Caylee to hide evidence of abuse.

Casey was sensationally acquitted of murdering her daughter after a highly-publicised trial last July. In his book, Presumed Guilty, Casey Anthony: The Inside Story, Baez reveals aspects of the Anthony’s private lives that were not looked into during the trial.

Why does anyone listen to these compulsive liars?

Casey wanted to party hearty and the child got in the way. Or the child was neglected to the point of death.

Either way, she killed her kid.

Period. EOS.

They had to have used DNA to identify the remains of Caylee, which means having a DNA sample from Casey Anthony as a comparison. I’m no geneticist, but wouldn’t the presence of a common ancestor (in this case parent) as alleged, be rather obvious in comparing the assay for Casey and Caylee?

In other words, had this been true, it would have been obvious and known and publicized during the prosecution. Baez is either making this up out of thin air to gin book sales, or Casey did, and he is now regurgitating something he knows to be false, just to gin book sales. Either way, ach-patooey on the whole lot of them.

Yep. Caylee would be a 75% match to Casey, not the expected 50%

Not that this would stop Casey from thinking otherwise.

Is it ethical for a lawyer to publish this kind of information alleged by a lying client? Wouldn’t Baez be vulnerable to a suit by the father? I’m also wondering who paid him, at least to the extent he was paid. Was it the client’s father who he is now slandering, and did in the trial? This Baez is one mega piece of slime, fully worthy of his client.

From the article: "DNA tests later revealed that George was not the father."

Except that, since she never had sex with her father she'd know quite well that it wasn't possible.

This is just more of the attempt to rehabilitate his own image by pushing the claim of Casey abuse to the next stage. The murder was an an accident ... but even if it wasn't an accident Casey was so screwed up from years of abuse that murder is OK ... and even if the years of abuse don't make the murder OK, the murder is still OK because her kid was a genetic throwback ... and so on and so on.

Just more rationalizing for the defense of an evil scumbag by another evil scumbag.
