After several legal defeats resulting in a product ban, Samsung finally got a court to side with it. The company said that the High Court of England and Wales ruled that its Galaxy Tab did not infringe upon Apple's tablet designs, and found 50 different recognizable traits.
The victory is a measure of relief after a few rough weeks in which a U.S. judge ordered a ban on the Galaxy Nexus, resulting in Google pulling it from the Google Play store before putting it back up Saturday. Samsung has filed an appeal and the ban has temporarily lifted.

You forgot the reason. The Galaxy is not cool, no way it could be confused with an iPad. No kidding that is what the judge ruled.
Galaxy blows the iPad to smithereens. Galaxy gets you power, speed, and workability for its money. iPad is nothing but a status symbol that doesn’t even run Flash. It is really no better than even a Kindle for 3 times the price.

I did not say the Galaxy was not cool, the stupid judge said that. I could care less what anyone uses or buys, PC proponents on the other hand detest anything Apple.
Flash is an internet pestilence. Flash is why Flashblock was invented.
I actually like Apple computers, but the iphone and ipad not so much.
