Obama has done grave harm to the United States and the country may not survive a second Obama term without some really ugly times. However the idea that a millionaire has off shore bank accounts to prevent his assets against taxation is political poison. It will severely impair Romney’s chances especially in crucial battleground states. Either he promptly gives a credible and understandable explanation or the Democrats will continue to produce and air devastating negative ads. The story has “political legs”. Romney conceivably might be forced to withdraw and the Republican convention will pick the candidate.
Its easy.
First, it was a blind trust, and the money made was less than 2 grand.
But then he says, ‘Five years ago, no American would have ever dreamed that a President would spend so much money that we have to worry about the health of the dollar. Just like millions of Americans I wanted some diversity in my finances (liberals love that word)’
I have a puny puny puny account and I had some retail financial advisor talk to me about buying an international bond fund, what’s the difference. (I ended up investing more in gold, lead and brass)
