NEW YORK (AP) -- Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Michael Vick is launching a sports clothing line called V7 that will be sold exclusively at East Coast sporting goods shop Modell's.
The line is the latest image-restoration move for Vick, who spent 18 months in federal prison after being convicted of bankrolling a dogfighting ring and was released in 2009.

The only peeps that will wear this crap are the FUBU wearin’ sons of Obamugabe and some wiggers
Rapists and child molesters are generally repeat offenders.
I believe Michael Vick learned his lesson and paid his debt to society.
But what does it say about his character and the horrors he is capable of?
One who tortures dogs to death is not a decent human being - even if they can throw a football.
He is scum - as are those who worship him for his currently marginal talent.
His life is going to come to a dirty end, you reap what you sow.
He came out in an interview when he was released from prison and said,I wouldnt change anything about my life
He only regrets getting caught.
He only regrets going to jail.
He’s no damn good.
And to hell with the Eagles too.
I wonder if many people would defend this jerk if he worked at Walmart or drove a bus? If he were just some Joe Schmo they read about in the newspaper who tortured and killed dogs.
I wonder about the mind set of people who worship someone who can bounce a ball or throw a ball better than the average jerk.
Think about it, a sick brain in a body with talent is still a sick brain. Well, in this case depraved.
Let’s see what Vick does when he no longer has to worry about losing out on a big contract.
Exactly! What some fail to understand is that anyone who could devise torture methods like that for innocent animals has revealed a part of their souls to the world. It’s who they are. They don’t suddenly become someone else incapable of such cruelty once they get out of prison! Such a heart change does not happen like that just because they get caught and spend some time in prison. He’s sorry he got caught. Period. Beyond that, I do agree he’s “sorry” but not in the way some here seem to be claiming.
I factor in that Vick tortured these animals when he was already a wealthy man. He wasn’t a teenager desperate for a way to make money to survive. He was surrounded by people he paid for advice on legal and financial issues, yet he still chose to spend money in this immoral and illegal way. He didn’t stop dog fighting because of a change of heart, he only stopped because he got caught. To me, someone who has that kind of mentality is ill, just as a rapist or child abuser is ill. Getting caught and doing time doesn’t change their mentality.
