The lesson to be learned here?Appears to be that if you knowingly and willingly agree to a binding, joint custody arrangement in a foreign country before a foreign judge and later decide you want to violate that perfectly valid agreement and flee the country, then you can reasonably expect some sort of prosecution to be pursued against you.
