“Sheriff’s originally responded to the scene around 7:30 p.m. with a call about a break-in at a home on Durland Way. Before deputies could arrive, the caller got the suspect out of his home. The suspect was not wearing a shirt as he ran over to Olympic Way – into the home of the elderly woman.
Deputies responded to the scene and surrounded the house. When the suspect finally exited the home, he ran down the street completely naked and covered in blood.
Officers chased him down and were able to take him into custody.
No motive is known, and the victim’s name has not been released at this time.”
So, let me get this straight. He was observed entering the old lady's house, and the police waited outside for him to come back out, AFTER he kills her?
