Gatorland is the best entertainment value in Central Florida. Seriously.
Support a locally owned theme park called Gatorland! IT’s a great place to take the kids and let them see real FLA in action.
I’ll second Blue Spring State Park; it’s close to Orlando, the spring is beautiful, and you can see manatees and even go tubing down the creek. Great place!

We lived in Lakeland in 1969. I remember when Roy Disney made the announcement for Disneyworld. We were dirt poor and couldn’t buy anything for speculation.
Theme parks nowadays are a giant ripoff...I'm done with them...thank God.
Pray for a hurricane, learn to surf.
