After Tues. Workout, McBriar Decides To Sign With Philadelphia

The most successful punter in Cowboys history is taking his services to Philadelphia.
Just one day after working out in Dallas, Mat McBriar decided to sign a one-year deal with the rival Eagles. Its likely McBriar not only received more than the Cowboys were willing to offer, but he wont have much competition for the job.

Meh....I was a huge NFL fan for decades until free-agency ruined the game (along with, as with the NBA, the black thug mentality).
Excellent punter if he has recovered from the surgery and is back to his previous form.

Hopefully, the punter chosen by the Cowboys will not be as bad as Colin Ridgeway! ...Not sure of this, but I seem to recall him punting once and the ball ended up about 17 yards BEHIND the line of scrimmage! Must have been in the ‘70s or ‘80s. .......Matt was/is a great punter.
Colin Ridgway was murdered at his University Park, Texas home in 1993. To date, no arrests have been made and the case remains open.
