This may sound simplistic, and it may not work, but have you tried going to the control panel and clicking “system restore”? If you can get there, it will restore your computer to an earlier date before it crashed.

Start System Restore from a command prompt

You can start System Restore from a command prompt window if you can't start your computer in any mode other than safe mode with command prompt.

Start your computer in safe mode with command prompt.

At the command prompt, type rstrui.exe, and then press ENTER. Administrator permission required

If you are prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.
