CHICAGO (CBS) A mob of more than 20 teenagers descended on a trendy Wicker Park shop on Saturday and made off with more than $3,000 worth of jeans.
CBS 2′s Derrick Blakley reports the incident was caught on store surveillance cameras, and the owner posted the video on YouTube.
Luke Cho said he hopes the images help police find the robbers, or maybe even shame the parents of the teens enough that theyll turn the kids in.
From the moment the teens started flooding in the door at Mildblend Supply Co. on Milwaukee Avenue around 6:40 p.m. Saturday, Cho knew something wasnt right.

The cops never seem to get there in time to catch any of them.
They are caught on security cameras but you never hear of any arrests.

Even though the station probably can’t be charged, it is s if they are acting to help the robbers in their crimes.
Not just for 2016 but also 2020 since they are now in the stage where only 5 candidate cities are left and Chitown ain’t one of them. 2024 is the next shot for the summer games.
Store owners/staff should be able to use sufficient force to protect themselves, the patrons and the store contents. Up to and including deadly force.
Criminals come in all sizes, races and ages. The common characteristic is they are lawless and dangerous.
