Despite their cheapness and ridiculous plotlines, I still have a soft spot for Weissmuller’s “Jungle Jim” films.
Weissmuller wasn’t a very good actor, but he was enjoyable as Tarzan. I also remember him in a non-jungle B-film that took place in Cajun territory; Buster Crabbe played the villain. “Swamp Fire” or “Swamp Fever” or something like that.
There was actually one pre-code tarzan movie that had nudity in it.
