Tyler police are responding to reports of about 10 protestors at Chick-Fil-A on Troup Highway.
Tyler Police Spokesperson Don Martin said that officers have been dispatched to the location due to one protestor's sign that could be deemed as offensive.
Martin has said before that a person can be cited or arrested for public disturbance for offensive language and or actions in a public location.

Well, I was thinking abaout how they like to call attention to their perversions with signs and hateful activities...but what you said as well.
I feel sorry for them, actually. It has to be a difficult lifestyle and dangerous and I am sure they feel generally rejected. So like bad children who want to see if you love them, no matter what, they act up. It does not help at all when they do that.

The 10, seems to have been the extent of the queer-off following Appreciation Day hours in lines at all 3 CFA’s. Just goes to show how prevalent the homos are (not).
