Oh, Richard Armitage, Thorin Okenshield, oh my.
The great thing is the recent announcement that this will be three movies. They will be showing all of the details of Dol Guldur and Gandalf’s “side adventure” detailed in the LotR appendicies.

I am a big fan of Armitage from his performance as the Victorian industrialist John Thornton in a BBC production of Gaskell’s North and South. Although him playing a dwarf takes away one of the factors I am sure ladies like you admire him for the “tall” part of tall, dark and handsome. With all that facial hair if I did not know it was him I would have a tough time recognizing him.

Tall, dark, handsome, and a voice to die for. He was good in MI-5 but I really fell in love with him in Robin Hood. I think he stole the show.
Nobody talks about the chap who played Robin Hood. :)
The makeup and costuming for the dwarves looks amazing. I can’t wait to see this!
