School discipline should have nothing to do with race.
If a child misbehaves, he or she should be given a punishment appropriate to the offense. Trying to square the numbers for an equal outcome will only result in unfair treatment and further erode discipline in the public schools. The people that advocate such policies are either fools or are racially-biased.

That’s not how it works any more.

As another stated, everything is now based on “disparate impact”

I guess soon we’ll need to have only black teachers teaching black kids.
