I notice on exhibit 5E and 5F the three things on the Curley/Schultz To Do list. One of those is to contact the Department of Public Welfare. That doesn't seem to fall in the category of standard "cover-up" modus operandi.

Where in the Freeh Report does he follow up on this notation. The other two To Dos were completed according to the report. So what happened to the third??? Was the DPW contacted or not??? Who was contacted and what was said??? I can't seem to find it in the report.
