the SAGA: kids encountered freeway accident on way to SahFran airport, luggage made it on plane, they didn’t. ??? 8 hr delay til next flight. got to Newark and Scranton (last stop) was shut down due to t-storms. nothing at all to Ithaca or Binghamton either. 18 hours til next flight to Scranton which was just a little over an hour closer. we finally got in car to go rescue them after dinner last night. they were/are more exhausted than we are. raining today so we may skip the annual lake trip for shopping, as her suitcase is in Scranton. They are supposed to run it up to the house today, but she is sleeping and not up to call them and check. not the best start to a 6 day trip cross country. both are sleeping right now.

What a story! I’m sure they were thankful for you coming to get them! Just curious, how did their luggage get to the airport without them? lol

Did you see that despicable Bill Burton getting called out by (drum roll) Wolf Blitzer, of all people? Wolfie mentioned that Romney no longer was overseeing Bain after 1999, although he was still nominally CEO until 2001. Burton made a big deal about the fact that if Romney’s name was still on the paperwork at Bain, he was still responsible. Of course, poor Mrs. Soptic’s cancer wasn’t diagnosed until 2006.

Only a democrat and a moron (I’m being redundant) would argue about whether Romney had effectively left Bain 7 years before this woman got cancer, or 5 years. Talk about a “distinction without a difference.”

malediction

Malediction is a male speaking and is the opposite of malamute which is like a dog that don’t bark or something.

I admit I don’t pay a lot of attention to any ad by the current lying administration, but didn’t this story turn out that Mrs. Soptic had insurance through her own employer, not her husband’s? So she wasn’t even on his insurance to begin with?

I think she had insurance on her husband’s policy until the steel mill was shut down. A couple of years later, she got a job and got her own insurance. A few years after that, she left her job, lost her insurance and was diagnosed with cancer. Based on the timeline, I can’t tell if it’s Romney’s fault or Bush’s fault. Might even be Reagan’s.

To Barack Hussein Obama:

Confutatis maledictis,
flammis acribus adictis,
voca me cum bendictis!

Let maledictions fall upon the heads of the iniquitous!

Genuflectimus non ad principem sed ad Principem Pacis!

Listen, O isles, unto me; and hearken, ye people, from far; The LORD hath called me from the womb; from the bowels of my mother hath he made mention of my name. (Isaiah 49:1 KJV)

There is a chance for rain today-I hope it comes to pass-

Perhaps Obama is paranoid-
He seems to be leaning that way
Rushing to counter dissenters
Without hearing what they say

With his Chicago mob connections
His ravings, mutterings and all
Of malediction, are like Nixon
Was doing right before his fall

While Nixon didn’t have koolaid
He had all the rest, and more-
It took awhile, but eventually
He was down and shown the door...

In front of me in the Chickfila drivethru was a van with this bumpersticker. I thought it was so cool!

And proof that i did just that, besides xsbaby's summer job is the fact that xsboy, with his own $, bought these license plates for his car:

the license plate # ends in TP, for tea party. My prolife plates end in CL for choose life. The earthwatcher PRius hybrid plates end in CY but i can't figure out what that stands for.

“Phone banking is, by nature, a frustrating experience,” Tyson said, adding it has gotten harder to reach people with the advent of Caller ID. Ames said he has been sworn at when inadvertently calling Democrats.

xsbaby and a cohort were doorknocking somewhere where they saw a vehicle on the street festooned with obama bumperstickers from stem to stern. the person's window was cracked a bit so the guy she was with slid some romney literature in the window onto the front seat. they LTAO at that, as did i when she told me they'd done it.
