LOL, no, he wasn't picky. Beer was beer and if he couldn't find a beer then Coke would do. Here is my big App and me on a wagon train. My daughter is on the big bay.

Here is Lady's Hot Shot but I just called him Shot. Best horse I ever had. Like I said, not mean but very high spirited. Not many would ride him but he knew I wouldn't take any crap from him and behaved very well for me. He was also the smartest horse I ever had. His worst habit was turning on the water hose, getting a drink and then walking away without turning it off.

That reminds me of one of my uncle’s horses. My Uncle kept accusing my aunt of leaving the corral gate open until one day when he saw the horse flipping the loop of rope off and getting out.

And one time while hunting by horseback, my uncle hobbled his horse while they stalked a deer (they left the other horses unhobbled because he was so dominate that all the other horses would stay with him). But when they got back from the stalk, the horses were all gone because he slipped out of his hobbles and decided to go back to base camp about ten miles away. :-)

But that horse also had a mean streak. If you weren’t paying attention, he try and bite you or step on your foot. And he loved to sidestep away when you were trying to mount him.
