I thought it was only Liberals that take a couple of anecdotal incidents and uses them to stereotype and vilify an entire population of otherwise innocent people.

I could tell you a lot of stories about a person carrying a handgun, who went into a rage and killed a bunch of people. Is everyone with a handgun nuts!? Does everyone with a handgun have no regard for the law?

No, the anecdote is one of the more blatant example of the 100% of the behavior I've observed. Every single cyclist I see violates traffic laws. Every Single One.

If I saw one, just one, bicyclist who obeyed traffic laws, and then I applied him to the rest of the group, that would be anecdotal and defying logic. Of course, I have yet to.

Maybe my observations only apply to bicyclists in Cleveland who bike during rush hour. I'm willing to concede that maybe we have a special subgroup of bicycling asshats here, and they don't represent the rest of the country.
