Wouldn’t a multi-vitamin do a better job than a nutritional drink. Vitamins are cheaper, take up much less storage space, and no worries with excess sugars and sodium.
I’m with you. I also buy those vitamin C drops from Dollar Tree, they taste like candy so you get nutrition and a treat all at once.
