To: Errant

Plenty of vitamin C in me, so I’m not too worried. Lol.

I heard CoQ10 naturally helps lower blood pressure, which naturally runs in my family, so I’m taking it as a preventative measure. I also take multivitamins, magnesium, and Omega-3 fish oil...which thankfully scored very high on the list.

I take a minimum of 1,000 mg of C and should be taking 2 to 4 times that, IMO.

I agree with you on the Omega-3 and a good multivitamin. I like the Maxivision Whole Body multivitamins.

I also take a protein hydrolysate supplement (A/G Pro).

Seems to help the digestive tract (less indigestion), and muscle and skin maintenance along with increased energy and hair growth. lol

And don't forget regular exercise! The older you get, the more important proper and regular exercise becomes.
