Attorneys for Tim Curley, Gary Schultz Support Critique of Freeh Report

Attorneys for former Penn State administrators Tim Curley and Gary Schultz released a statement Wednesday backing former Penn State President Graham Spanier's attorneys' denouncement of the Freeh report earlier in the day.

Spanier, who has not been criminally charged in connection to the alleged concealment of Jerry Sandusky's sex crimes, spoke publicly for the first time Wednesday since his contract was terminated by Penn State's Board of Trustees in November. Over the past month, he spoke with The New Yorker's Jeffery Toobin, who's interview with Spanier was published Wednesday.

Later, he spoke with ABC's Josh Elliott which aired in part Wednesday on "World News Tonight with Diane Sawyer."

Curley and Schultz are seeking dismissal of all charges and face a Jan. 7 trial. They have each been charged with felony perjury for lying to a grand jury and a summary charge of failure to report.

From Tom Farrell, counsel to Gary Schultz:

"I absolutely agree with Judge Lewis: the Freeh Report is inaccurate, incomplete and unfair, to Dr. Spanier, Mr. Schultz, Mr. Curley, Coach Paterno, and to Penn State. Its conclusions are unreasonable and unsupported in fact.

"As Judge Lewis stated, Mr. Schultz never told Dr. Spanier that Mr. Sandusky sexually abused a boy because, as Mr. Schultz truthfully testified at the grand jury, Mike McQueary never told Mr. Schultz that he witnessed sexual abuse – as Mr. McQueary's family doctor and friend, Dr. Dranov, confirmed. Judge Freeh chose to ignore these critical facts.

"Mr. Schultz looks forward to a fair trial of the facts in January before an impartial jury of his peers."

From Caroline Roberto, counsel to Tim Curley:

"As I said last month, the Freeh Report is, at its best, lopsided, incomplete, baseless and severely devoid of critical facts. Apparently, Mr. Spanier's lawyers agree with that assessment.

"But, as Mr. Spanier's lawyers said today, there is one thing about which there is no doubt ... Tim Curley did not tell Dr. Spanier that Mr. Sandusky sexually abused a young boy in 2001, and that is because Mike McQueary never told anyone, including Tim Curley and Gary Schultz, that he witnessed Mr. Sandusky sexually abusing a young boy in a Penn State shower.

"At trial, the high standard that will determine the truth will be proof beyond a reasonable doubt, instead of the baseless opinion of a so-called independent investigation."

Mr. Spanier (government job for our homosexual Pres. hmmm) probably was in the homosexual “sex ring” with Sandusky. They work in groups—protect each other’s back, so to say-—group sex is big for homosexuals-—AND he just threw his father under the bus— accused him of terrible abuse.

The results of such severe TRAUMA by a “father” as Mr. Spanier claims, would lead to someone in serious “need” for male affirmation and “love” which would be found in homosexual circles.

Any time there is a large organization with vulnerable boys— homosexuals form a sex ring where they pass around the boys-—like John Maynard Keynes and those two Hollywood Producers, Corey Feldman refused to name, when he stated he and the other Corey were raped when boys at Hollywood “parties”.

It is why the homosexuals are desperate to get in control of Boy scout troops. They want to be like the German boy scouts which had homosexual orgies in the woods. It is a “worldview” -—which eliminates God and Ethics. We can not allow the Vice of Sodomy to be endorsed in this country—because we will cease to have Justice—Rule of Law for “Higher Laws” have to come from God, not Satan. http://www.thepinkswastika.com/5294/index.html

Homosexuals are mentally ill. They are sexually/emotionally abused when children, which creates unnatural needs. They are completely morally corrupted in childhood, like the little boys in Afghanistan.

Supporting homosexuality in any society is supporting child abuse, sexism, and sheer evil.

After reading the Freeh report, I think it is lousy as his report on Waco.

I agree. Louis Freeh did the best possible job of limiting the damage to ones already publicly identified.

Who was not publicly identified that bears responsibility?
