The liberal answer will be that most are on their family policy guaranteed to the ripe old age of 26. Or if by some (Sandra) fluke the family is unemployed, then on Medicaid.

I just learned that a very prominent East Coast health insurer is giving their policy holders the OPTION to keep dependent coverage until Age 30. And what is optional today...

Will state University systems (like California) then allow students to waive coverage? I think not.
