No. I prefer the vision of Eastwood coming into town and painting the WH Red.
Short term (Nov-Dec) it may actually go down, particularly if there's any sort of a runup due to the elections looking like a Romney blowout.
I also think that Obamacare will not be reversed, but will be changed dramatically. (not happy about this one)
I dunno about open borders and amnesty. Some states (AZ, TX) may be given more free reign to enforce the laws and their own international borders. At least the gov't won't work *against* them.
I'm dead certain that there will be rioting and the MSM will do all they can to fan the flames. Martial Law? Maybe locally. Assassinations? Again, maybe locally, but I'd call that "doubtful".
