Recently lost 40 pounds in six months, primarily thru intensive exercise, as in 200 to 300 miles per week on the bike. Well, working up to that distance. When I started, I had trouble with 10 miles per day.
Not 100 pounds, obviously, but I have zero loose skin.
It’s not a Tennessee thing. Honest.
I spent a week at that hotel and I was stunned at the number of jumbo folks, who smoked. Neither of which you see a whole lot of.
I apologize for making it sound like an attack on the State. Not at all. I have been through your state several times and I find the people very nice and friendly.

Ok, I take you at your word. Maybe you just expressed yourself oddly (to my mind). It can be difficult to understand exactly what someone means on the net. I’m sure you’re on the right side.
