Dr. Who was a little lean last night. I don’t know how much of it was setting up a story line for the season (and the big departure), but it was a bit lacking. The sudden break-up of the Ponds added nothing to the plot, other than give the two of them something to talk about.

I’m enjoying Warehouse 13 this season - waiting for the other shoe to drop. But for scifi this week, just watch the Democrat Party Convention. Their disconnect from anything resembling reality is going to be hilarious.

Which season of Dr Who are they going to be showing this Saturday? I have been watching on the internet with my Amazon prime account that goes up to season 7.

One other line from Doctor Who that didn't stick out until I typed my last response about the Parliament scene. At the beginning, when they think they're about to die and Amy asks what to do, the Doctor says: Make them remember you.
Given the end of the episode, I wonder if that's going to be the theme of the season.

The twist at the end of this week’s Dr. Who was amazing.

I switched off half way through Dr Who. I thought it was terrible. The Dalek episodes have consistently been the worse ones of the “new” incarnation of the series.
