Mulligan: In Golf...a "Do-Over"...just like Obama hopes that he can do
When we play we allow a mulligan per side. Obama wants a mulligan per SHOT. Hell, he’d mulligan a gimme.
To mull is to contemplate, think, decide. Certainly, Obama will always be one in which we wished we could Mull-again.
