Probably, many times. However, I didn't call ALL owners of a particular breed of dogs, moronic. Is the owner of the pitbull’s in question, a moron? Probably, but to say EVERYONE who owns a pitbull is a moron, well, to paraphrase a far more eloquent freeper, he's painting with an VERY wide brush.
