I've developed an all terrain device that can move quickly over open ground, climb steep mountain inclines, and even wade through water (swimming if necessary) — while carrying 300 pounds of gear.
The power supply lasts for over 12 hours and is rechargeable using locally grown vegetation and water.
If/when it has a system failure, it can be consumed by troops as a high protein ration.
I call my device a MULE.

I guess it’s a start, but until the thing can stay balanced and reach that speed over open ground or a track oval, it’s not “running”.
