Out here in Arizona, it’s normally $50 for $100 bucks worth. The EBT cards didn’t slow them down one bit. Fraud is rampant.

I have been approached by individuals offering to purchase $75 in food for me if I would buy them $50 in alcohol. They even offered to throw in a hugh block of free cheese. Of course my answer was no.
