Well, I knew Seattle wasn’t the rainiest, I’d still figure it would be in the top ten or even five.
I believe your list, but have to add this:
They are all on (or near) the Gulf Coast
If once every four years or so, a hurricane blasts through and dumps thirty inches of rain, that does tend to skew the averages a bit!
