If Losing Is Not an Option with Obama: What is His contingency Plan to Stay in Power?
The stuff between my ears

Posted on 09/11/2012 10:37:08 AM PDT by klimeckg

Ok, I have listened to Dinesh D'souza book Obama's Rage and I am gong to see his movie 2016 which is based on this book. So, I have a question. We know that Obama's innate function in life is to destroy the United States because its the capitalist colonialist demon. He has become his fathers dream and he will do everything in his power to stop this country for being free. Stage one complete, he has used his first term of the presidency to implement his plan. He must have known that he was going to be challenged in 2012? What is his plan if he loses the election in 2012? D'souza's book discusses what 2016 will be like. I don't see Obama going out so easy. This man is seen swaging to and from from from helicopter to airplane with chump change jingling in pocket with no worries. He has something up his sleeve in order to stay in power. He can't afford to lose 2012 all is in stake. If he loses, he has no power to implement stage 2.

I speculate the following: If re-elected he will pull an FDR and fiat a 3rd term. If he loses 2012, he will pull an earlier version of FDR and no allow Romney to take office.

Is my scenario possible?

It’s a valid question, but...

1. As noted above, the scenario is offered before every incumbent election. I heard the same thing about Clinton and Bush. Really, the very same rhetoric. Didn’t happen then, didn’t happen any time prior, not likely to happen now (hey, he’s a wimp who has shown zero signs of serious at-all-costs leadership).

2. If he’s not out of the WH by noon on January 20, well, let’s recall that the “tea party” had 1-2 million people in DC with just 3 days’ notice despite no plan, no leadership, no schedule, just someone’s idea which caught on and a whole lotta people thought going there was a good idea. He’s not gonna stay if a full 1% of the population goes there and says “OUT! NOW!”

There’s just no scenario where he could pull off staying once the official & accepted vote declares his loss.

...now, who _counts_ those votes may be a different matter...

If the rumours of somebody gifting him a $35 million dollar mansion are true, it would seem to me that he can’t wait to relinquish the presidency and go to the ever blue skies of Hawaii.

I googled "obama losing is not an option" and got "Jon Huntsman on N.H.: Losing is not an option." Obviously losing is an option.

Obama's an empty suit. A figurehead. Obviously, he doesn't want to lose. Obviously his people are going to do whatever they can to win.

But I do see him going out so easily if he actually loses at the polls. He's lucky he got as far as he did with what he has, and far more ferocious politicians have gone into unwilling retirement without calling out the tanks.

Even somebody who really loved being president, like Clinton, didn't want to be president for life. The job has a way of wearing you down and wearing you out.

I’d throw in a couple hundred toward his retirement home.

Somebody made $10 billion dollars when the dollar was shorted. A $35 million mansion, with a lifetime of taxes pre-paid, would be chump change.

As much as Secret Service is rumoured to dislike the guy, whomever guards him for the next ten years has hit the jackpot assignment.
