No, terrorism is not legitimate, but in a war all is fair.

And Sir Arthur Harris is one of my heroes, along with LeMay.

Both of them had no compunction deliberately targetting civilians.

Devout Muslims are, by definition, always at war with the rest of the world.

So do you consider their attack on American civilians on 9/11 legitimate? If not, on what basis do you condemn it?

Might does NOT make right, or Stalin, Mao and Pol Pot were in the right.
