Got a link from another forum that the rescue group appeared on "Ellen" yesterday (Monday). Not my favorite talk show host by a longshot but she did a good interview:

A Heroic Animal Rescue

As one person in the group said, this was eight total strangers who came together to rescue an animal none (except the husband/wife) had ever met. This is what individualism is about and what determination in pursuit of a goal can accomplish.

Ellen’s “lifestyle” gives me the willies *but* the woman has a serious heart for animals and has created arguably the best dog food on the market.
