You may be right. If so its a very high risk strategy. The percentage of takers in the voter pool is much, much higher than it was when Reagan ran against welfare queens in 1980.

Still are LOTS of Reagan democrats in Macomb Co. that are working or would reeeealy like to and do not want to be lumped in with the “takers”. They and their parents made Mustangs, GTO’s, Suburbans, and B-29’s. They currently have no hope.
