Africa is a continent consisting of many countries. Each of those countries is a separate nationality. There is no nationality of "African" and there never has been.

That African is printed on Obama's supposed BC stinks to high hell. It would be like someone stating they were born in south America and then not knowing which country, like Peru, Columbia, Argentina, Bolivia? It makes a big difference on a BC.

That was my point. That ‘African’ is wrong so Hawaii had to wrongfully put ‘Korean’ and ‘Japanese’ to maintain consistency, otherwise the difference in nomenclature would be glaring.
