"During the proceeding, Nagamine argued that Duncan Sunahara’s request did not derive from a true interest to examine or obtain a copy of his sister’s original birth records, to which he was entitled under Hawaii law. Nagamine insisted his underlying interest was to produce evidence in Obama’s birth controversy, to which he was not entitled under Hawaii law."

So Nagamine is a mind reader? It's none of her business what he does with information he is legally entitled to.

This can all be translated to:

"We can't give you what you are legally entitled to because it would reveal our crimes."

And this coming from the Attorney General of Hawaii.

Whoa.

“During the proceeding, Nagamine argued that Duncan Sunahara’s request did not derive from a true interest to examine or obtain a copy of his sister’s original birth records, to which he was entitled under Hawaii law. If Virginia’s birth record isn’t linked to Obama’s, then how could Duncan’s request be an attempt to “produce evidence in Obama’s birth controversy”?

Hasn’t Nagamine basically just admitted that Obama’s BC number was stolen from Virginia Sunahara’s BC?
