Anybody who went to the clubs in Olongapo before the volcano eruption can attest to the singing, and playing, abilities of the PI residents.
There were some amazing bands around back in the 80's when I was there.

Almost one million hits in 3 days.........It looks like she's lip-syncing but it could just be the Youtube video.
If she sounded that good on a crappy Chinese made Karaoke mic and speaker; No doubt recorded by a cell phone, just imagine if she had some proper equipment backing up those pipes.
Btw......I noticed an awful lot of floor cleaning was needed in the wine aisle behind the singer. What's up with that? /s

Find a Whitney Houston recording that matches how she sings at about the 1:40 mark.

"So Goodbye...Please don't cry..." Whitney goes lower, this girl goes higher.
If she's syncing, ots from somebody elses recording.
