Scott was reportedly arrested on 4 charges, including improper change of lanes, failure to signal lane change, expired inspection certificate and driving with expired registration.”

If that in fact is the shooter, then what are the odds that she didn't have insurance and decided to give him a bullet instead of her expired insurance card???

I'm wondering if her original intent was to shoot him and drive off, and she didn't realize how disabling (to the shooter) it is to shoot a gun from inside a closed car. Her hearing will never be the same.
