A group of Senate conservatives has gathered enough support to block any treaties that come up for a vote during the lame duck session.
A total of 37 Senators pledged, in a letter drafted by Sens. Mike Lee (R-UT) and Pat Toomey (R-PA) to Majority and Minority leaders Harry Reid (D-NV) and Mitch McConnell (R-KY), to “oppose efforts to consider a treaty during” the lame duck session.
Because treaties require a two-thirds majority in the Senate to reach the president’s desk, the group of Senators will be able to block any treaties considered after the Nov. 6 election.

They don’t need them to be passing a bunch of cr*p like they did during the last lame duck session, esp. with the help of snowe and collins.

Obozo started talking about the START treaty.
I remember John Kerry took the lead in the Senate debate. They had
debate for two days, whereas it should be weeks of debate chance.
THEY PASSED THE START TREATY IN LAME DUCK in about 1/10 th
of debate time it truly waranted
Sen. Jon Kyl tried to argue common sense, but they DEM SENATE RAMMED
IT THROUGH.
A START TREATY WITH RUSSIA, lowering our nuclear warheads.
Kyl got them some funds to maintain our nuclear warheads but it
has not gotten down.
ANY DEM SENATOR WHO VOTED PLUS OBAMA HAS TO BE VOTED OUT
OF OFFICE
OUR SLOGAN MUST BE -——— VOTE OUT INCOMPETENCE
AND DANGEROUS DECISIONS
Not to mention that fatuous plick screwing the checks and the poles...
