This woman had a CHL license which means a background check and clean record. This guy has prior drug offenses and was driving without a license? Kind of makes his co-worker’s story about exchanging information sound like bullshit to me.
There was a confrontation before this...one in which this guy had been aggressive with his vehicle.

She had her own aggressive driving priors as well or don't they count:

Ayers' 1/13/11 arrest for pot possession came when the police were arresting him for outstanding priors. They found the drug on him during his arrest:
"Jonathan M. Ables, 21, of Tomball, was arrested on a charge of possession of marijuana. Police say they found the drug while search Ables during his arrest on outstanding warrants."
We don't know what those priors were, but they weren't the 2008 pot possession arrest, because that already already been handled.
