Same swamp, deeper muck. We at least have some semblance of 'normalcy' (such as it is) and routine back. Still sifting through the old place; I blew out a tendon in my ankle in the immediate aftermath from dragging debris and salvage out of the there (took the newly-minted Obamacare types five weeks, three tests, and an MRI to figure it out), so I've been a bit hobbled (literally) in getting the book closed on that chapter of life. But, we're slowly moving forward. The mortgage is paid off on the place now; I have a lovely quarter acre of property with a 2200 square foot duplex 'fixer upper' I'm willing to let go cheap. LOL! We're putting in a bid on a 5 BR, 3 BA home on 1 acre, with wood fireplaces in the living room AND the dining room, an in-ground pool, a small hiking trail in the trees, and quite a few other amenities. If God thinks we deserve it, we'll put the effort in to get it. Oh, one of the home replacement items I've picked up at a local antiques mall that you might like:
A repro, of course, but I'm working on how to get it to broadcast web feeds.........

Nice radio, too! My husband Keith (FReeper “Logitech”) has a collection of antique radios—one is an original, functioning 1936 Atwater Kent, a beautiful tombstone-style.
