We keep seeing this EVERYWHERE, including FL, OH, NC, PA, and so on---yet the drive-bys and the pollsters are oblivious.
I'm going to make a prediction: if four weeks from now we still have the same ratios in OH among absentees/early votes that we have now, the GOP turnout everywhere will EXCEED 2012 percentages.
