It pays to be a government employee, doesn’t it?

Other government employees will enable your behavior, and you certainly won’t be charged or arrested the same way a non-government employee would!

In Texas this is tradition, we were doing it before all this PC stuff.

Swats were literally an ever day event in my school days, even the teacher could take you out into the hall and use a paddle, if he was the type that did that.

Whether it was in sports, the administration, or the classroom, or shop, swats were an accepted form of punishment for someone that just couldn’t be reached with other methods, normally this meant boys.

I held the record for swats from Junior High through high school, and it never occurred to me that they could be outlawed, but it was better than being evicted, or sent home.
