Do non-Jews have as much trouble pronouncing "svelte" with one syllable as they do "kvetch." Or is it all "sa-velte" like "ka-vetch?"
I can say svelte just fine, but I am not as smooth with kvetch. Now that you mention it, I can say the two of them over and over and it’s getting easier.
i have no trouble with sv or kv proper pronunciation. you are hanging with gringos up there!
