Anything in Geriatrics - it’s a great business to get in. All the boomers are going into Assisted Living, Independent Living, etc. Great job security.

My nephew finished gun-smithing school about 18-months ago. He’s progressed to a new job, each paying significantly more than the previous, every 6-months since. His plan is to work for others for another 2-years to set aside enough money to open his own sale/repair business.

haha, but with philosophy, he forgot to reason that he needs money for food to survive. Actually, this is quite funny. He degreed in something that defies logic in these times. A person normally has a variety of interests. He chose poorly.

how much money does his philosophy professor make??

As a tenured Prof, prolly pretty good; however, the line may be long on such positions, and a Masters/PHD may be required. For the more immediate needs such as income, it has to be difficult with such a degree. I have a son who chose poorly on a degree. Only now, after 3 years, is he beginning to wake up. He will be working through it on his own dime (with my love, of course).
