Lots of flaws in that list, many of those items are only for short term storage, like the brown rice, olive oil instead of Crisco, peanut butter, wheat flour, and there are no extra bulbs to buy with led lights.
Unless you are well off financially, shelf life needs to be of concern, it seems wasteful to have to pitch out peanut butter, energy bars, and aspirin, bleach, brown rice, liquid cooking oils, and so on.
If people want a good led light for survival, then look at Fenix lights for good AA flashlights that can run for a couple of hundred hours on low settings, yet have high settings available, when needed, but be sure and pick up a couple of E01s (by Fenix) also, they use a single AAA battery and they burn with a regulated brightness throughout most of the 21 hours of the battery life, they will draw light from almost all of the already dead AAA batteries that you can find in your house, and collect from your neighbors.
Might consider not throwing out rancid cooking oil...can be used for lighting fuel.
