It could be personality development. He’s aged and seen so many die, now he hates endings.

Oh I agree. I’m not denying the plausibility of that thesis, I’m just unhappy they didnt mention it before the exact show where they used it to highlight the bombshell of Rory and Amy leaving the Tardis. It would have been quite easy to put a few mentions in over the course of even this season.

All sounds a bit derivative doesnt it?

Everything's derivative.

Come to think of it, since 3rd Rock was mentioned, instead of ending on the roof, the sign-off had the two male leads conversing in a space buggy summing up.

It's bound to fail because of the timing, let alone the "faults of its feet". Between BHO, Muchelle, and the LSM, the entire culture is a farce right now, and "The Neighbors" offers absolutely no differentiation.

Mrs. Lurkin has developed an interest in “Revolution”.

Unfortunately, I think it comes on opposite Hawaii Five-oh.

Of course, there is nothing new under the sun. However there’s a difference between “standing on the shoulders of giants” and blatantly copying someone else’s creative talents.

666 Park Avenue begins tonight on ABC. I’ll tune it in to see how it goes

Hubby and I just watched the premiere episode, and we both liked it. He wonders if they can keep up the intrigue; but, if they can, I think it may be a keeper.
