Call me sexist, I could care less. Some women can be such airheads. Men have their own issues, so don't hit me with the "Women shouldn't Vote" stuff! Anyway, I am a women and could never understand why Romney was down by so many points with women. A group of women I know aren't all Sandra Fluke, pay for my contraception bimbos; but they were "on the fence". I'm talking about a rather large group of (usually) reasonable women. After the debate I made nearly twenty phone calls. All of the women I spoke with thought Romney did great. 16 said they see what I've been talking about and will vote for him. 10 asked for bumper stickers (get your own!), 2 are "wait and see". But every single one of them now says Romney is "good-looking", "sexy for a 65 year old", has "such a strong jaw-line" , "nice eyes". Women need to stop voting based on looks. Why they thought Obama was good looking, I don't know. But when a very good debate performance changes your appearance, What the heck? Romney looks the same as he did yesterday. Only now he's "hot".

What the original poster wrote is probably a lot more true than you think about voting. Historically, the taller, better looking candidate will win. However, GWB wasn’t taller than Lurch, but he sure was a hella lot better looking. McCain’s short stature and looks did hurt him somewhat. Clinton was the better looking of the 2 between him and GHWB. Reagan had it in spades over Carter and Mondale.
This isn’t scientific of course, but just something I read someplace.
And Mitt made Obama look like your neighbor’s ugly dog.
I wonder how many of us voted for Sarah Palin for the same reasons.
Thanks for this report. I don’t dismiss the accuracy of your little “poll”, either. Mitt did not come across as the super-scary person that -bama’s campaign ads make the attempt to portray. This confirms for me that the number of “undecided voters” and even “swayable voters” is no where near as small as the pollsters would have us believe.

I saw the “leg” behavior mentioned by some lib-type commentary - something about how Obama doesn’t seem to know how to stand behind a podium or some such. So, others DID notice that.

My older sister voted for clinton / gore in 2002 because she thought algore was the better looking VP candidate and admitted to that on Thanksgiving that year. I told her that she should have her voting rights revoked for several years. She refused to speak to me for several months.

ROTFLMAO...sorry to break it to you but if a male has ugly/unatractive facial asthetics he is dead in the water...yeah there are outliers out there but women look at the face first and if they are not attracted to it..bye bye.
My gf said she would look at a guys face and know within 3 seconds if there was a sexual attraction or not...and it was either yay or nay..nothing in between.
I post on a fitness site and they polled women and 90%+ said they would date a guy with 9/10 facewho had a fat, out of shape body over a unnatractive facially guy with a having a good body.
